Miley Cyrus's is starring in the movie "Bolt" as the role of Penny.

Penny, a young girl who stars in a hit TV show. In the show Bolt (a german shepard) has super powers and protects Penny. When in the show Penny gets captured, Bolt thinks it's real. When separated from the studio by accident, he meets some interesting friends. A cat named Mr. Mittens (who's actually female) and a hamster named Rhino. Along the way he realizes he doesn't have superpowers and the show isn't real.
